That is a very impressive work art!:clap: I thought of the Tree of Gondor first, too ^^; It must have taken ages to make... Did you make the steel cuff first and then added the silver embroidery and beads or did you do finish one steel ring with the wire and beads and then go on?

I definitely had a fantasy type tree in mind when I made it:) I think I assembled the cuff in flat form with some steel wire weaving it together. Then I wove the tree and began the branches. Most likely, I probably finished shaping the cuff after that and then finished the final bead embellishments. But it has been a long time......thanks!!

I was thinking along lines of medieval tapestries. So to have evoked the Tree of Gondor is a great thing:)

yes, you're right, it certainly is reminiscent of medieval tapestries! it seems my brain is stuck with fantasy associations at the moment :giggle:
